Small container( I believe .4 pound) of Whole Food's Salad bar
-- included salad, salmon w/ snow peas, maroccan turkey salad and a vegan basil dumpling
1/2 Whole foods vegan, spelt brownie --chocolate chips we included!
some leftover chinese food, I would say like 1/3...the other third disappeared by snacking throughout the day and night.
Red potato and corn w/ salt and pepper
1/2 of the brownie mentioned above
Also, an update for the beer consideration of yesterday's post...no beer was achieved, yet I still seemed to pass out once I hit my bed.
